How To Make A Reservation If you would like to check availability or make a reservation please contact us by Email or wherever possible by telephone on +44(0)1463 230204 so that we can confirm your booking straight away and help you with your visit to Inverness. Credit/Debit Card details are required to secure a booking but no charge is made. Full Payment is due at the time of your stay.
Cancellation Policy If you need to Cancel a Reservation please telephone us with details of the name the room was booked in, the arrival date and the departure date. If emailing to cancel a reservation please ensure that you receive a reply from us confirming that the reservation has been cancelled. There is no charge for reservations cancelled more than 24 hours before the date of arrival. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours or in the case of a "no show" are liable for the full cost of the stay and the credit card details provided at the time of booking will be charged. |
